For established Australian service businesses

Stop Relying on Word of Mouth to Grow Your Business

I build and manage the website, ads, content and marketing your business needs to bring in enquiries you can count on, so you are not chasing four different people to get one thing done.

Why you're here

Coaching a session at HPC, one of the gyms I work with in Adelaide
  • 01

The work is good, the marketing is not

You deliver well and your customers are happy. But enquiries arrive in bursts, and you cannot predict where next month's work comes from.

  • 02

Referrals got you here, they will not get you further

Word of mouth built the business. It is also the reason growth has flattened out, because you cannot turn it up when you need more work.

  • 03

    You have tried this before

You paid an agency, you got a monthly report full of numbers that meant nothing, and your phone did not ring any more than it did before. So now you are sceptical, and fair enough.

  • 04

You are juggling five different people

A web person, an SEO person, someone running ads and a cousin who does the socials. Nobody talks to each other, nobody owns the result, and you are stuck in the middle.

So I Take the Whole Lot Off Your Plate

Doing this properly in-house means a marketing manager, a web developer, an SEO person, someone buying ads and someone making content. Five salaries, and you still end up managing all of them.

I would rather own the whole picture than hand you one piece of it. I look at your business, work out what actually needs doing first, then do it. If something is not working, that is on me to fix.

Qualification

Built for Established Businesses Ready to Grow

This works best when the business already works. I am making something proven more consistent, not trying to get a brand new idea off the ground.

This is a good fit if

  • You already have a proven service or offer
  • You have capacity to take on more customers
  • You rely heavily on referrals or word of mouth
  • Your marketing feels inconsistent or disconnected
  • You want one person to take ownership of the full strategy
  • You are willing to give it a proper run rather than judging it after a month

This may not be the right fit if

You can't handle more work.

The whole point of this is to bring in more enquiries. If you haven't got the capacity to take on more customers right now, you are better off sorting that first and coming back to me when you are ready.

See If We Are a Fit Takes about two minutes. I reply personally.

What They Say About Working With Me

Seb Griffin with Alan Hartley at Complete Control Martial Arts

I came to Sebastian for a website originally, and what I got was a complete game changer for my business. We grew from 80 to 150 members faster than I ever expected, and I'm bringing in 1 to 2 new leads a day without running ads or sending emails. He built a system around my business and implemented a backend growth engine focused on referrals and newcomer offers, allowing the business to scale while maintaining demand and member quality.

Sebastian's been part of HPC's journey from the start, helping with video content, but things really took off when we built the website and ad system. Since then, membership has grown steadily, and that growth has allowed me to expand the business in ways I never thought possible. We've added pilates, brought in physio services, and even opened HPC Medical. The website has been a massive part of making that happen.

Sebastian built me a website that completely changed the game for my business. We're now getting around 5 hot leads a week, so many that I've actually had to start turning people away because I can't keep up. It's a good problem to have, and it's all thanks to a system that does the heavy lifting for me.

One Growth System, Not Ten Separate Services

These are not ten things you buy separately. The ads feed the website, the website feeds the tracking, the tracking tells me what to push next, and the reviews and email make all of it convert better. I manage the lot, so it actually joins up.

Who you're dealing with

I'm Seb

I run this out of Adelaide and I work with small and medium businesses: trades, gyms, clinics, local service businesses and a few online stores. Websites, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content and the strategy that ties them together. The names and numbers up the page are all my clients.

I would rather be accountable for the whole picture than hand someone one piece of it and hope the rest lines up. That means I look at the business, decide what matters most, do the work and tell you straight how it is going.

The bit I actually enjoy is the phone call where someone says they have had to put on another staff member, opened a second location or started turning work away. That has happened a few times now and it does not get old.

No account manager, no sales team, no offshore contractors. Just me.

What This Would Otherwise Take

To cover the same ground you would normally be coordinating most of these, each with their own rate, their own scope and nobody joining them up.

  • Website designer or developer
  • Copywriter
  • SEO specialist
  • Google Ads manager
  • Meta Ads manager
  • Content creator
  • Social media manager
  • Marketing strategist

To be straight with you, I am not replacing all of those at full capacity and this is not unlimited work. What you get is one person joining these areas up and deciding which of them actually deserve the time in your business.

$2,500per month, plus GST
  • No lock-in contract. Billed monthly, stop or change whenever you want
  • Six months is my recommendation, not a term you sign up to. It is roughly how long it takes for the build and the campaigns to show what they can do
  • Advertising spend is separate, paid directly to Google and Meta on your own card
  • Scope varies depending on your priorities and what the business already has
  • Step down a tier once the build is done and the heavy lifting is behind you

What happens next

Three Steps, No Pressure

  1. 1

    Tell me about the business

    Complete the short growth assessment.

  2. 2

    I review your marketing

I go through your website, your advertising and how visible you are, and work out the biggest gaps holding you back.

  3. 3

    We have a straight conversation

I tell you what I would do first, what I would leave alone, and whether this is worth it for you.

No sales team, no scripted pitch, and no pressure to decide anything on the call.

Questions

Am I locked into a contract?

No. It is billed monthly at $2,500 plus GST and you are not tied to a fixed term.

Six months is what I recommend, not what you sign up to. The first month or two is mostly building: the website, the Google Business Profile, the ads accounts, the SEO groundwork. Then paid campaigns need roughly 60 to 90 days of data before they settle down. Six months is simply how long it takes to get through the build and see what the campaigns can actually do.

If you want to stop before then, you can. I would rather tell you that up front than have you feel trapped in something that is not working.

Can I cancel or move to a smaller package?

Yes. Give me 30 days notice and you can either step down to a lower tier or stop altogether.

Most people move down a tier once the build is finished, because the heavy lifting is done and what is left is running the ads and the content. That costs less than the full package.

Either way everything is yours: the website, the domain, the ads accounts, the Business Profile, the content. I do not hold your accounts hostage and I will hand over logins without any drama.

How soon will I see results?

Honest answer, because I would rather set this properly than have you disappointed in week three.

Google Ads and Google Business Profile are the quickest. Once the site and tracking are live you can start seeing enquiries within the first few weeks. But early leads are not the real signal. Paid search and social need about 60 to 90 days of data before I can tune them properly, and that is usually when cost per lead drops and performance gets consistent.

SEO is slower again. Expect three to six months for meaningful movement on rankings, longer in competitive spots. It compounds, which is why we start it in month one rather than waiting.

Is advertising spend included in the price?

No. The $2,500 a month covers the work. Your Google and Meta ad budget is paid straight to the platforms on your own card, so you keep full control and full visibility of it. We agree a sensible starting budget together based on your market.

How much work is this for me?

Not much. A kick-off call, access to whatever accounts already exist, and a bit of your time early on so the copy actually sounds like your business. After that it is a check-in and the occasional batch of photos or short videos, which I will tell you exactly how to shoot.

What if I already have a website or ads running?

Even better. I will audit what you have got first. If the site is solid we improve it instead of rebuilding it, and that time goes into SEO and content instead. If the ads account has history worth keeping, we keep it and restructure. You are not paying for work you do not need.
