How I Handle Your Details

Short version: I use what you send me to reply to your enquiry and review your marketing. I do not sell it, and I do not share it with anyone else.

What the enquiry form collects

If you complete the growth assessment form, I receive whatever you choose to fill in:

• Your name and business name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your website address
• What your business does, your growth goal and what is holding your marketing back
• Optional revenue and marketing spend ranges, and when you would like to start

Only your name, email and a description of your business are required. Every other field can be left blank.

What is collected automatically

Along with the form, the submission records the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, the campaign parameters in the link if you arrived from an ad, and the country your request came from. That is used to understand which advertising is working. It does not identify you beyond what you typed in the form.

Where it goes

Submissions are emailed to work@sebgriffin.com.au and stored in a private Google Sheet that only I have access to. Nothing is passed to a third party, sold, or added to any list you did not ask to join.

Analytics and advertising

This site may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure which ads and pages lead to enquiries. These set cookies in your browser and report aggregate activity back to Google and Meta. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and the site will still work normally.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and afterwards as a record of the conversation. If you would like yours removed, ask and I will delete it.

Getting your details removed

Email work@sebgriffin.com.au and ask. I will delete the row and the email thread and confirm once it is done. You can also ask for a copy of anything I hold about you.

Changes

If this changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
